I would like to emphasize “organic”, fruits and vegetables to those who don’t know, the pesticides and herbasides are inside the fruits or vegetables do not think washing it off works, go organic !

I was diagnosed …
I was diagnosed with an agressive Stage2B/Stage3A breast,which means cancer cells in nodes.A healthy eater,veggies cooked/steamed&meats.A year of surgery,chemo&radiation,I drank fruit&veggie(5-7)smoothies everyday for nutrients.I ate tons of fresh garlic with everything to maintain health&prevent disease. I eat between 80-100% raw, which varies when I travel.I do believe in integrating Western with ALTERNATIVE with the guidance of a well-educated doctor.I am 13 years cancer-free.

This is exactly the …
This is exactly the thought that ran through my head last night…Sicko only looks at shifting the burden of taking care of nutrient starved people from private to socialism. The key is to treat the individual through healthy choices before they get sick. Michael Moore could use this…obviosly.
